Led the discussions and negotiations that culminated in a joint venture agreement being entered into between Energiebau-Mali Sarl and S.Y.Capital Holdings for a new JV company “S.Y – ENERGIEBAU”\u00a0for the purpose of construction and management of Solar PV plants at Prieska an agricultural and mining town in the Northern Cape province of South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALLOCATION OF THE OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The allocation of the obligation of each Party with respect to the Services are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

” S.Y. CAPITAL HOLDINGS LIMITED”  will be in charge of  :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Negotiating & bringing a proper EPC contractor, with a level of balance sheet & track records adequate for the project finance structuring  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– All guarantees, assets or collaterals necessary for the  finance structuring  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– project financing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The full finance & technical management of the projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assisting ” ENERGIEBAU ” ( Mali ) for the management of the Company  .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

” ENERGIEBAU-MALI SARL \u201c will be in charge of :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The General Management and Operation of the Project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– All feasibility studies <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– All take off agreements <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– All authorisations, permits & licenses from the SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT & LOCAL AUTHORITIES  .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– All contracts allowing to progress & control the designated project .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
