{"id":384,"date":"2026-08-23T13:23:22","date_gmt":"2026-08-23T13:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/?page_id=384"},"modified":"2026-08-24T12:17:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T12:17:16","slug":"morocco","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/?page_id=384","title":{"rendered":"Morocco"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MoroccoImage-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-421\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MoroccoImage-1024x572.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MoroccoImage-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MoroccoImage-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MoroccoImage.jpg 1376w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\">In 2022 the ICM program was presented to the Moroccan government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">The integrated technological solutions of the Climate Modification program allow reduction of the maximum and average summer air temperatures, by creating conditions for controlled quasi-convection influx of cold air masses from the upper layers of the troposphere into the heated surface layer of the atmosphere and mixing them, which results in a steady decrease of the maximum and average temperature by 8-10 degrees as well as increases the humidity of surface air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">The integrated technological solutions of the Climate Modification program provide formation of managed vertical convective flows and channels of air mass transfer for the influx of clean and cold air from the upper layers of the atmosphere, with follow removal of heated air masses from the surface layers beyond the &#8220;hot&#8221; zone to a height from 500 m. to 5000 m. and further removal of hot air masses by horizontal &#8220;channels&#8221; of air mass from the atmosphere of big cities within the Kingdom of Morocco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation of seasonal temperature contrasts will ensure a year-round beach season in the tourist areas of Morocco, leading to further development of tourism sector as well as having a positive impact on the entire agricultural sector of the country that will significantly improve the efficiency of the entire economy of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gianlucadicaro.com\/MoroccoProposalAugust2022.pdf\">To read the presentation click here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2022 the ICM program was presented to the Moroccan government.
